About Me

Hello, my name is Aiden Henderson, and I am the founder and proud owner of Cans 2 Cash. I graduated from Hudsonville High School back in 2023 and am currently a sophomore at Grand Valley State University, pursuing a degree in education with the goal of becoming a teacher. Through Cans 2 Cash, I aim to create meaningful connections within the local community by providing a convenient and stress-free recycling solution that also puts money back into people's hands.

Back in 2020, during the pandemic, I noticed a lot of people struggling with the clutter of empty cans. At the time, I was a high school student collecting cans to fund my mission trip to Colorado. I realized many people just threw their cans away because returning them was such a hassle—the machines were often broken, or the process was just gross. That’s when I had an idea, and Cans 2 Cash was born!
